File Complaints

All NRIs who have any complaint against an individual or an authority in India can submit a petition detailing his grievances to the Consular Wing. The same is then forwarded to the appropriate authority in India for redressal. Whenever reply is received from India the same is communicated to the petitioner, who can also get his case followed up through the Consulate at regular intervals.

Individuals can make suggestions or file complaints to the National Consultative Council that are relevant to the public welfare. For complaints endorsed by more than one person, the petition form may be used.
