EGYPTIAN ACTRESS AND FASHION ICON MAI OMAR ANNOUNCED AS OFFICIAL JURY FOR MISS UNIVERSE EGYPT UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT​

 Miss Universe Egypt is back in the Miss Universe stage after a three-year hiatus  –

Dubai, UAE. 27 August 2023 – Egyptian actress and fashion icon Mai Omar revealed as the first official judge of Miss Universe Egypt 2023 under the new management of Yugen Group headed by Josh Yugen.

After a three-year hiatus, Egypt is back in the Miss Universe stage this year and will be managed and produced by Dubai-based celebrity PR and events management company – Yugen group owned by Dubai-based Filipino media personality, fashion influencer and PR maven Josh Yugen.

It has been revealed that Yugen Group received its third Miss Universe franchise this year along with Bahrain and Pakistan, respectively.

The announcement of the finalists of Miss Universe Egypt is scheduled for the first week of September and the crowning of the new Miss Universe Egypt by the end of September.

Speaking about obtaining his third Miss Universe franchise, Josh Yugen, Founder and CEO of Yugen Group, said: “I am beyond honored and humbled for the trust of the Miss Universe organization led by Khiun Anne and Paula Shugart. Since last year, after a successful and respectful franchise of Miss Universe Bahrain that showcase their beautiful and modest culture – me and my team have been inundated by a lot of messages from incredible women if we can handle and manage Miss Universe Egypt and that will always be my greatest happiness – to help these incredible and empowering women to have a platform and raise their voice, change their lives s and eventually they can inspire others too.
