The Journey: Yummy Dosa started with a humble 40-seater in Karama, Dubai, thanks to Jugal Parekh and his father, Rajendra Parekh, who first kicked off their dosa journey back in 1993 in Mumbai by selling dosa batters. Jugal, an optometrist by profession, couldn’t resist the food world, expanding his father’s dosa business from Mumbai to the UAE and opening the first Yummy Dosa outlet in 2017 in Karama.
